📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process all transactions per policies and protect member information.
• Work as a team or independently, exceeding daily lending and servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach at stores, partner locations, and community events to educate members about Oportun.
• Build relationships with local businesses to promote Oportun's services.
• Use iPads or assist with scanning QR codes to start new applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused and enjoy speaking with people.
• Loves helping members, including prospective members through outreach and education.
• Available to work weekends and a rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round to identify sales opportunities.
