• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process transactions, follow policies, and protect member information.
• Work as a team or independently, exceeding daily lending and servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach more than 50% of the time at locations, partner sites and events.
• Build relationships with local businesses and speak with owners about Oportun.
• Use iPads or QR codes to start new applications during outreach.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love to help members through outreach and educational activities.
• Must be available to work weekends and flexible with rotating schedule.
• Must have regular, reliable attendance.
• Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round to identify new sales opportunities.
