• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions accurately, follow policies, and protect member information.
• Work as a team or independently, exceeding daily lending and servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach and educate about Oportun’s services at stores and events.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners to generate leads.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store and assist with light admin tasks and upkeep.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love helping members through outreach and educational activities.
• Must be available to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Must have regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Must be willing and able to travel between designated locations within a reasonable commute.
