📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality service.
• Process transactions accurately, following policies and protecting member data.
• Work with a team or independently to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun during store, partner, and community outreach.
• Build relationships with local businesses and promote Oportun’s services.
• Use iPads to start applications and travel between locations as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused; enjoy speaking with people.
• Passionate about helping members through outreach and education.
• Available to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Willing to travel between designated locations within a reasonable commute.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate phones, scanners, and iPads.
