• Welcome members with a warm greeting and service.
• Process transactions per policies; protect member info.
• Work solo or with team to exceed daily lending/servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun’s services; help start applications.
• Engage in outreach at locations and events; generate leads.
• Use iPads or scanning QR codes to start new applications.

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused; enjoy talking with people.
• Enjoy helping members through outreach and education.
• Weekend availability; rotating schedule.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round for outreach.
• Lift/move up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills; operate phones, scanners, and iPads.
• Organize and file documents.
