• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality member service.
• Process all transactions per policies and protect member data.
• Work solo or in a team; exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun’s services; conduct outreach.
• Use iPads and QR codes to start new applications.
• Light housekeeping; travel between stores or outreach locations.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused; enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love helping members and prospects through outreach.
• Available to work weekends; rotating schedule every two weeks.
• Regular travel within commuting distance to designated sites.
• Be a role model for Oportun’s core values.
