📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process all transactions per policies and protect member info.
• Work as a team or independently to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun's services during outreach.
• Build relationships with local businesses and conduct outreach to generate leads.
• Assist with applications and start new member onboarding using iPads/QR codes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused and enjoy speaking with people.
• Loves helping members through outreach and education.
• Available to work weekends with rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance is required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; basic computer skills.
