📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions accurately while following policies and protecting member data.
• Meet and exceed daily lending and servicing goals as a team or solo.
• Educate members about Oportun products through outreach activities.
• Engage in community outreach and events at stores and partner sites.
• Use iPads or assist with scanning QR codes to start new applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy talking with people.
• Passionate about helping members and outreach.
• Available to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round to identify sales opportunities.
• Lift/move up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills; operate phones, scanners, and iPads.
