📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions accurately while following policies and protecting member info.
• Outreach at stores, partner locations and events to educate about Oportun’s services.
• Build relationships with local businesses and assist with starting applications using iPads/QR codes.
• Travel between designated locations within a reasonable commute and support store operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love to help members, including prospective members through outreach and educational activities.
• Must be available to work weekends and be flexible with a rotating schedule; schedules set every two weeks.
• Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
