📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and great service.
• Process transactions per policy, protecting member information.
• Work alone or with others to meet daily lending/servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun’s inclusive financial services.
• Conduct outreach at stores, partner locations, and community events.
• Use iPads or QR codes to start new applications during outreach.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused; enjoy speaking with people.
• Willing to work weekends with rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Lift/move objects up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and operate office equipment.
