📋 Description

• Welcome members with warm greeting and quality service.
• Process transactions per policies; protect member information.
• Work solo or with a team to meet daily lending/servicing goals.
• Outreach at stores/events; educate members on Oportun services.
• Build relationships with local businesses to generate leads.
• Maintain a tidy store; assist with admin tasks on iPads; travel if needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused; enjoy speaking with people.
• Love helping members via outreach and education.
• Available weekends; rotating schedule every two weeks.
• Regular attendance; outdoor outreach year-round.
• Lift up to 25 lbs; basic computer skills; operate office equipment.
