• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality service.
• Process transactions accurately while protecting member data.
• Work independently or with a team to meet daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun's services through outreach at stores and events.
• Build relationships with local businesses to generate leads.
• Use iPads or scanners to start new applications during outreach.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love to help members through outreach and educational activities.
• Must be available to work weekends and rotate schedule.
• Must have regular, reliable attendance.
• Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round to promote products via outreach.
