📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process all transactions while following policies and protecting member data.
• Work solo or with others, meeting daily lending and servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach more than 50% of the time to educate members about Oportun’s services.
• Use iPads or QR codes to start new applications during outreach.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Love helping members, including prospective members through outreach and education.
• Available to work weekends with rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round to identify opportunities.
