📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality service.
• Process transactions per policy and protect member information.
• Work as a team or independently to meet lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun's services through outreach across locations.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners.
• Assist with outreach to start new applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused and enjoy talking with people.
• Available to work weekends with rotating schedules.
• Able to work outdoors year-round and promote products and services.
• Regular, reliable attendance required.
• Basic computer skills; operate phones, scanners, and iPads.
