📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality service.
• Process transactions per policy while protecting member data.
• Work in-store solo or with others to meet lending/servicing goals.
• Conduct outreach at stores, partner sites, and events (>50% time).
• Build relationships with local businesses to promote Oportun.
• Educate members about Oportun’s services to help financial goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused and enjoys talking with people.
• Weekend availability with a rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round and travel between sites.
• Basic computer skills and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
