📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality member service.
• Process all transactions following policies and protect member info.
• Work as a team or independently, meeting daily lending/servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach at Oportun locations, partner sites, and community events.
• Build relationships with local businesses to promote Oportun’s services.
• Inform and educate members about Oportun’s services through outreach activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused and enjoy speaking with people.
• Love helping members, including prospective members through outreach and education.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round and travel between sites.
• Regular attendance; able to lift up to 25 pounds; basic computer skills.
