📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process all transactions, following policies and protecting member information.
• Work as a team or independently to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach at stores, partner locations and community events.
• Educate members about Oportun’s inclusive, affordable financial services.
• Hourly rate: $18.00-$18.50; base pay varies by location.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Available to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round to promote services.
• Basic computer skills; operate phones, scanners, iPads; lift up to 25 lbs.
