• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process transactions per policy and protect member information.
• Work as a team or independently and exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members and communities about Oportun’s services through outreach.
• Travel between store locations within a reasonable commuting distance.
• Use iPads and scan QR codes to start new applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love to help members through outreach and education activities.
• Must be available to work weekends and have a rotating schedule.
• Must have regular, reliable attendance.
• Must be willing to work outdoors year-round to promote company products.
