• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality service.
• Process transactions per policies while protecting member data.
• Work solo or with others to exceed daily lending/servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun's services through outreach.
• Build relationships with local businesses to promote Oportun.
• Engage in outreach at locations/events to start applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused; enjoy talking with people; basic computer skills.
• Passionate about helping members via outreach and education.
• Weekend availability with rotating schedules.
• Regular, reliable attendance; ability to organize and file documents.
• Outdoor outreach year-round; able to lift up to 25 pounds.
