📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process all transactions, following company policies and protecting member information.
• Work as a team or independently, exceeding daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members and communities about Oportun’s inclusive, affordable financial services.
• Build relationships through outreach at stores, partner locations, and community events.
• Use iPads or assist with scanning QR codes to start new applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love helping members through outreach and educational activities.
• Available to work weekends with a rotating schedule (every two weeks).
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance to support store operations.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round to identify new sales opportunities.
