📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process all transactions accurately, following policies and protecting member information.
• Work in-store or independently, meeting daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members and communities about Oportun's inclusive financial services.
• Conduct outreach at stores, partner locations and community events to generate interest.
• Use iPads or QR codes to help members start applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused and enjoy talking with people.
• Passionate about helping members via outreach and education.
• Available to work weekends with rotating schedules.
• Regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Able to work outdoors year-round; lift up to 25 pounds.
