• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality service.
• Process transactions accurately while following policies and protecting data.
• Work solo or with others to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun's services; lead outreach at events.
• Build local partnerships with businesses to generate leads.
• Assist with applications; engage with community members.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, enjoy speaking with people.
• Love helping members through outreach and education.
• Available to work weekends with rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance required.
• Must be willing to work outdoors for outreach.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills; operate phones, scanners, and iPads.
