📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality service.
• Process transactions per policies and protect member information.
• Work solo or with a team to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun’s inclusive financial services.
• Engage in outreach at stores and community events.
• Use iPads to assist with applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Loves helping members, including prospective members through outreach and education.
• Available to work weekends with a rotating schedule (every two weeks).
• Regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; basic computer skills.
