📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality member service.
• Process transactions per policy and protect member information.
• Work in store solo or with team to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members and communities about inclusive financial services through outreach.
• Build relationships with local businesses and conduct outreach to generate leads.
• Use iPads or QR codes to assist with applications and outreach activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused; enjoy speaking with people.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round and do outreach.
• Available on weekends; rotating schedule.
• Travel between locations within ordinary commute; reliable attendance.
• Basic computer skills; operate phones, scanners, and iPads; lift 25 pounds.
