📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality member service.
• Process transactions per policies and protect member information.
• Work solo or in teams, exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach at stores and events (50%+ time).
• Light housekeeping to keep area/store inviting and presentable.
• Use computer for admin tasks; stand while assisting; travel between sites.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, enjoy speaking with people.
• Love helping members via outreach and education.
• Weekend availability; rotating schedule every two weeks.
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and basic computer skills.
