📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality member service.
• Process transactions per policies and protect member information.
• Work as a team or independently to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate communities about Oportun’s inclusive financial services via outreach.
• Travel between designated work locations within a normal commute.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store through light housekeeping.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love to help members, including prospective members through outreach and educational activities.
• Must be available to work weekends and flexible with a rotating schedule.
• Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
• Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round to promote company products and services through designated outreach activities.
