📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process all transactions, following policies and protecting member information.
• Work as a team or independently to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate potential members via outreach; build relationships with local businesses.
• Conduct outreach at events and LAAS locations to capture leads and start applications.
• Use iPads and assist with QR codes to start applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused; enjoys speaking with people.
• Loves helping members, incl. prospective members via outreach.
• Available to work weekends and have a rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round to identify sales opportunities.
