• Process transactions per policies and protect member data.
• Work solo or with others to meet daily lending/servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach >50% of time; educate on services.
• Build relationships with local businesses and communities.
• Use iPads or QR codes to start new applications.

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused and enjoys talking with people.
• Must love helping members via outreach and education.
• Available to work weekends and rotating schedules.
• Regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Basic computer skills; operate phones, scanners, and iPads.
