• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality member service.
• Process transactions per policy and protect member data.
• Work solo or in a team to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate communities about Oportun’s services through outreach.
• Travel between store locations for outreach within a reasonable commute.
• Use iPads or scanning QR codes to start new applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love helping members through outreach and education activities.
• Must be available to work weekends with rotating schedule; schedules set every two weeks.
• Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
• Must be willing to work outdoors year-round and promote products through outreach activities.
