📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process all transactions, following policies and protecting member information.
• Work as a team or independently to exceed daily lending/servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach at stores and community events to educate members about Oportun’s services.
• Light housekeeping to keep the store inviting and presentable.
• Use iPads or scanning QR codes to start new applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Love helping members through outreach and education.
• Available to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Willing to travel between locations within a reasonable commute.
