📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions following policies and protect member information.
• Work as a team or independently, exceeding daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun's services and outreach activities.
• Engage in outreach more than 50% of the time at stores, partner locations or events.
• Travel between designated work locations within a reasonable commuting distance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused and enjoys talking with people.
• Loves helping members, including prospective members through outreach.
• Available to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round and lift up to 25 pounds.
