• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality service.
• Seamlessly process transactions per policies and protect member data.
• Work solo or with a team to meet lending and servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach at stores, partner sites, and community events.
• Educate members about Oportun's affordable financial services.
• Assist with applications and guide customers through processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoys talking with people.
• Likes helping members, including prospective ones through outreach.
• Available to work weekends; rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance; able to travel within commuting distance.
• Lift up to 25 lbs; basic computer skills; iPads/QR codes.
