📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process all transactions following policies and protect member information.
• Work as a team or independently to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate potential members about Oportun's services through outreach (50%+ of time).
• Build relationships with local businesses to promote Oportun's products.
• Conduct outreach at events and partner locations to generate leads.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love helping members through outreach and education.
• Must be available to work weekends with rotating schedule.
• Must have reliable, regular attendance.
• Basic computer skills; ability to operate phones, scanners, and iPads.
