📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and great service.
• Process transactions per policy; protect member information.
• Work solo or in a team to meet lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun; conduct outreach with 50%+ time.
• Lead outreach at locations/events; help start applications.
• Light housekeeping; use a computer for admin tasks (3-6 hrs).

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused; enjoy speaking with people.
• Love helping members through outreach and education.
• Available to work weekends and rotating schedules.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Able to work outdoors year-round and lift up to 25 pounds.
