📋 Description

• Welcome members with warmth and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions per policy while protecting member data.
• Work solo or with teammates to meet lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun services through outreach.
• Build relationships at stores, partner locations and events for leads.
• Light housekeeping; keep store inviting; use iPad for tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Outgoing, sales-focused and enjoy speaking with people.
• Love helping members and prospective members via outreach education.
• Weekend availability; rotating schedule every two weeks.
• Regular, reliable attendance to support operations.
• Willing to work outdoors year round for outreach.
• Ability to lift move up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment.
• Ability to organize and file documents.
