- Translate client needs into POD-level technical direction for the delivery team.
- Present technical progress, decisions, and risks at monthly reviews.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 3 in a tech lead or senior engineering role.
- Strong background in modern development practices: clean code, CI/CD, automated testing, code review culture.
- Experience working in distributed or nearshore/offshore delivery models.
- Familiarity with agile / scrum delivery as a tech lead or architect (not necessarily as Scrum Master).
- Experience with cloud-native development (AWS, GCP or Azure).
- High English level.
