🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in account management, sales, or business development in automotive finance (preferred).
  • Proven growth record; at least 2 years in most recent role.
  • Hands-on auto finance or dealership account management; special finance a plus.
  • Willingness to maintain six-day work week with daily on-site visits within territory.
  • Strong communication and negotiation; ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
