π― Requirements
- 2+ years in account management, sales, or business development in automotive finance (preferred).
- Proven growth record; at least 2 years in most recent role.
- Hands-on auto finance or dealership account management; special finance a plus.
- Willingness to maintain six-day work week with daily on-site visits within territory.
- Strong communication and negotiation; ability to build trusted relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
