- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Customer service or inbound call center experience
- Healthcare, pharmacy or related industry experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex software
- Ability to work with peers in a team and cross-functionally
