- 1-2 years in a customer-facing support role; SaaS/tech experience a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong writing/translation skills.
- Experience with help desk platforms (Help Scout, Intercom, Zendesk) a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and methodical problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience translating or writing tech help content in Spanish; preferred.
- Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Guru, BugSnag, Datadog; a plus.
