  • Support SMB customers during first 60 days to ensure onboarding success.
  • Deliver product training and best-practice guidance.
  • Conduct onboarding calls, sessions, and workshops.
  • Document objectives and onboarding plans with senior CSMs.
  • Build relationships and establish trust with customer contacts.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and escalate risks as needed.

  • Exceptional verbal and written fluency in English and French.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a customer-facing role.
  • 1-2 years in Customer Success, onboarding, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, IoT, or technology products is a plus.
  • Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gainsight) is a plus.
