- Exceptional verbal and written fluency in English and French.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a customer-facing role.
- 1-2 years in Customer Success, onboarding, or related roles.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, IoT, or technology products is a plus.
- Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM or ticketing tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gainsight) is a plus.
