📋 Description

• Manage an assigned caseload to meet service, productivity, and quality targets.
• Interact with members, brokers, providers, and Oscar vendors across channels.
• Develop an understanding of Oscar processes, tools, and procedures.
• Escalate and resolve issues to ensure timely turnaround.
• Monitor health of in-progress work and escalate as needed.
• Comply with PHI, regulatory, and privacy requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English with professional proficiency.
• 1+ years in high-volume or customer-focused setting.
• 6+ months healthcare experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
