📋 Description

  • Take creative direction and turn work around quickly to meet deadlines.
  • Primary assignments include automotive retail marketing for Ford dealer groups.
  • Possible travel and presenting to dealer groups or production on location.
  • Ensures all work is high quality and drives behavior change with disruptive ideas.
  • Works with Account & Production teams to create effective marketing themes.
  • Maintains high copywriting standards to strengthen client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a full-time copywriter in a full-service advertising agency.
  • Experience with multicultural advertising and growth audiences.
  • Experience across digital/social, TV, print, and direct marketing.
  • Excellent command of Spanish and English with solid grammar.
  • Strong branding and conceptual development skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
