Bilingual Clinical Support Specialist (Temp-to-Hire)

📋 Description

• Engage patients by phone to deliver Arine's services on behalf of their health plan.
• Identify medication-related and health issues and escalate to the pharmacist.
• Obtain provider contact information and patient data for clinical interventions.
• Answer inbound customer inquiries and support workflow optimization.
• Schedule telephonic or videoconference appointments with clinical pharmacists.
• Record accurately in Arine's software and support cross-team collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or healthcare background with certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, Mandarin/Cantonese, or Vietnamese.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and medication names (brand and generic).
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong computer skills (MS 365, Google Workspace).
• 40 hours/week (Mon-Sat, up to 6pm Pacific Time).
