- Identify medication-related and health issues and escalate to the pharmacist.
- Obtain provider contact information and patient data for clinical interventions.
- Answer inbound customer inquiries and support workflow optimization.
- Schedule telephonic or videoconference appointments with clinical pharmacists.
- Record accurately in Arine's software and support cross-team collaboration.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or healthcare background with certification.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, Mandarin/Cantonese, or Vietnamese.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and medication names (brand and generic).
- Excellent written and oral communication; strong computer skills (MS 365, Google Workspace).
- 40 hours/week (Mon-Sat, up to 6pm Pacific Time).
