Bilingual Clinical Pharmacist (Temp-to-Hire)

📋 Description

• Evaluate, document patient data in Arine’s platform; prepare reports.
• Complete medication reviews and adherence counseling.
• Review completed reviews by others; supervise Clinical Care team.
• Respond to questions from patients, providers, and team.
• Develop intervention strategies to optimize medication use and quality measures.
• Orient new team members and supervise Virtual Pharmacist staff.

🎯 Requirements

• PharmD from an accredited college; licensed pharmacist in good standing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese; comfortable with patients.
• PGY-1 residency or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of chronic diseases; ability to assess prescriptions by age
• Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
