Bilingual 1:1 Individual Student Aide (English/Spanish)

📋 Description

• Monitor assigned student per IEP under licensed supervision
• Prepare/adapt classroom materials and keep areas organized
• Inform clinical staff of social, emotional, or behavioral concerns
• Implement and maintain behavior program policies and data
• Coordinate with admin and staff to ensure program consistency
• Attend staff meetings and in-service training

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; reading, writing, verbal proficiency
• Paraprofessional Certification preferred but not required
• Ability to operate tactfully under stress
• Flexibility to adapt to routine changes
• At least 23 years of age
• Able to work with high-risk special needs students
