About the Role
BigID is seeking a Technical Writer for API and DevOps to create, maintain, and publish clear API documentation for developers and internal teams in India. You will collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Platform teams to translate complex technical concepts into accessible guides and reference materials.
Responsibilities
- Document REST APIs, workflows, and integration points with accuracy and clarity.
- Create and maintain OpenAPI/Swagger specifications and developer guides.
- Develop and update developer portals, tutorials, and diagrams.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across releases.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical writing for API documentation and developer-focused content.
- Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger and API ecosystems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
