Who we seek:

We’re looking for a Software Engineer for our Connectivity team, reporting to the team lead. As a Software Engineer, you’ll work on different data storage solutions, and be responsible for increasing our support in existing and new data solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Design and write new connectivity components, APIs, and integrations.
• Work in a scrum team with other developers and a team leader.
• Participate in team planning, design, and reflection meetings, continuously improving the team’s capacity, estimation abilities, and product reliability.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, with a strong grasp of software engineering best practices.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Java. Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD, and Kubernetes and Helm for deployment on AWS With a strong grasp of software engineering best practices.
• Education: A degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Architectural experience—you’ve made design decisions, defined technical direction, and guided teams through system evolution.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, RESTful APIs, databases, message queues, multi-tenancy. Experience building and evolving microservices-based architectures, ideally deployed in Kubernetes or similar container orchestration platforms.
• A collaborative, communicative approach—you’re comfortable influencing across teams, mentoring engineers, and driving alignment.A proactive, ownership-driven attitude—you seek out opportunities, solve problems before they escalate, and take initiative to improve systems and processes.

Advantages:

• Understanding of AWS/GCP/Azure services and cloud solutions
• Experience with different authentication methods
• Work with databases - proficiency in SQL, and run queries using JDBC clients
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
