About the Role

Regional Sales Manager for Mexico will drive the growth of BigID’s data privacy solutions in the Mexican market. You will own the regional sales strategy, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and build strong relationships with enterprise customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Mexico regional sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities in enterprise accounts.
• Manage a sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to position BigID solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate with legal/commercial teams.
• Represent BigID at industry events and develop strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a track record in the Mexican market.
• Success selling SaaS solutions to large organizations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of data privacy, data security, or governance domains is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
