Director, Deal Desk - BigID
BigID is seeking a Director, Deal Desk to lead and optimize the deal desk function in support of our global sales organization. This on-site role partners with Sales, Legal, and Finance to manage quotes, pricing, discounts, and contract negotiations, ensuring efficient and compliant deal execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the deal desk team
- Oversee pricing governance, quote creation, and discount approvals
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to finalize contracts
- Develop and enforce standardized deal processes to accelerate revenue
Qualifications
- 8+ years in sales operations, deal desk, or revenue operations in a SaaS environment
- Leadership experience and strong cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ tools; experience with contract lifecycle management
- Analytical mindset, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills
