BigID is seeking a strategic Country Manager for Japan to lead market entry and revenue growth. This leadership role will own the go-to-market strategy, build a high-performing local team, establish partnerships, and drive customer acquisition and retention. You will collaborate with product, marketing, sales engineering, and partners to tailor solutions for the Japanese market, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent BigID in the local ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Japan go-to-market strategy.
• Build and manage a high-performing local sales and partnerships team.
• Develop relationships with customers, partners, and regulatory bodies in Japan.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to tailor solutions for local customers.
• Forecast revenue, manage budgets, and report on key performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven track record in senior sales or country leadership roles within technology or data/privacy sectors.
• Strong network in Japan’s enterprise market and a demonstrated ability to close large deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams.
• Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
